To Mike, the career counselor who showed me I am employable again afterall; and helped me build an incredible resume. To Roya, who worked with me when I was so lost in my initial days.

Really bad. waited a month for an appointment to be told by a man named John to pretend i am a drug addict to get into some sort of live in therapy program that i was already too old for. I highly doubt if any actual mental health help is available here.

Please do not expect to visit once and be cured of decades of being lost. Change takes time and effort on our part. These people have gone to many years of school but change is not through osmosis. Do your part and it will happen for you too. Breaks my heart the negative feedback on this site..please start looking at your part. How much effort did you put towards their suggestions?

Working as a professional and having difficulty getting through to them by phone. Anyone have a different phone number for them. Just rings and does not go to VM?

I have had incredible help from this place. It literally saved my life. Thank you Bill A. Sherry S, and Dr. Oshun for giving hope to the shattered people we had become this summer; due to our poor decisions because of low self esteem. Our hopeless state came so close to ending our lives. Thank you for your guidance and hope; showing us there were steps and resources out of the maze OUR choices had woven this summer.

I know it's very frustrating having mental health challenges but there IS A LOT OF HELP. I was on disability for over ten years beginning in my early twenties and addicted to multiple substances and now with patience and a little hope and self acceptance I am working full time are completely abstinent from all mood altering substances; and quite content despite the fact that life happens and so does my mental health. Today may be a discouraging day but it's not forever, even though it can feel like it at the time.

Thank you for all your day programs and covered cost programs you give out, to those that are ready to take baby steps to make big steps to a fulfilling lifestyle. I look forward to a brighter 2018.

I found it really helps to live 24 hours at a time and we can always start our days over at anytime of day. Love and respect to you all on your individual journeys to mental health and thank you again Tricities Mental Health.

Thank you for working diligently with me for close to two years. Change is not an overnight "magic pill." It is dedication and knowledge of the staff; combined with willingness and effort on the clients' part.

Horrible experience. Made me feel excited that I was finally going to get some help, and after waiting a month to see them, halfway through the appointment they tell me that it is only a one time consultation and that there are absolutely no other options out there other than group therapy which is on Monday mornings. Most people work on Mondays, you couldn't come up with a better day? People are coming for help here and leave feeling worse than they came in.
