  Top notch customer service: this is the kind of store that knows your name when you walk into the door. When my bike is in the shop, I appreciate their detailed intake process, how they update me with what's happening along the way and then I'll get a call/text/or email as soon as it's ready.

  My rear axle broke while out riding today. I walked into the store and was immediately approached by staff asking if they could assist. I explained my situation. They said they did not have any of the axle packages in stock, so they walked into the repair room, grabbed one from inventory and gave it to me at no cost - he just handed it to me! Needless to say, I gladly ordered in a replacement as a spare for the future.

  I went to Trek Bicycle looking for an Adventure Bike. The staff was very helpful by showing me the best options for my budget and even let me ride a couple of bikes to help me decide. They are very knowledgeable about bikes. It is a very nice store. I am very happy with my new bike.

  Bought a new commuting bike here to replace my worn out ride. The team set me up with a bike that rides wonderfully and had me ready and riding to work again within a day. They happily pumped up the tires on my summer bike when I was running behind on the way to work one day and almost always insist that I just roll my bike inside the shop when I arrive, even if I just want to have a look around. This is a top notch shop!

  I can't recommend this place enough. These guys are very friendly but also professionals - that approach your bike problems with confidence and interest. My #1 'go to' bike shop for sure.
