  I feared my dental coverag might soon expire due to probable lay off . Having not seen a dentist in years l needed some work done fast .They made room for me . I had 4 or 5 visits over 2 or 3 weeks .The shop was verry modern with all the latest tooling and techniques. The staff was friendly and pleasant . They never made me wait . They made a usually unpleasant experience as pleasant as humanly possible . Two thumbs way up . Thank you and keep up the good work.

  My first experience, I was told to sign a quote for my procedure and that the remaining amount would be covered by my insurance. When I finished my procedure, I am told to pay $120+ more than the quote! It was an unusual surprise after a procedure.

  Nice and clean office with very professional staff. The receptionist was able to answer all of my questions with regard to my insurance. I recommend Poco Comfort Dentistry for any dental work.

  Ahhh I just want my teeth cleaned! I want to be able to make an appointment, go to it and that's it. I don't think I've had one positive reception experience.

  Since then, I've constantly been asked to switch appointments due to double booking... Up to 3 times in the same day.

  Ive also been told that I don't have an appointment even though I've made the appointment months ago and put it in my calender. I've since kept the reminder card as evidence. Still, it continues to happen where I catch them in lies telling me my appointment is scheduled another day until I show then the reminder card telling them no, you are mistaken.

  Very friendly and professional. The staff Makes going to dentist a pleasure instead of a burden. Very knowledgable front desk staff, helpful in all matters on billing and with any questions I had.

  Ive been coming here since last year and I've never left with a bad experience.Dr Ashnaei is knowledgeable with magic hands. The staff is friendly as well as the experience is very warm and kind. They care a lot about their patients.
