  Super friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted with smiles by all the staff. When I picked out the pieces that would work one member offered to cut them down to size for me.

  My husband and I were in the poco store yesterday, In the colours area, a gentelman helped us with our purchase. It was above and beyond our expectations. I wanted to thank him (I think his name was Essi) and the store for such an amazing customer support!

  Went in today and had bad customer service experience at self checkout. I was scanning my items and a lady worker comes over, says nothing but "no" and starts counting items scanned on the screen against what I had scanned already; everything was correct but she goes ahead to grab my basket, moves it on the other side and leaves without saying anything! She could have instead greeted me, introduced herself and offered to help instead of making me feel like a thief and completely disrespect me without even apologizing. Shame on you Home Depot!

  Went today, bought supplies to re-roof 2 shed. We had great customer service. From the guy cutting plywood. To the guy showing us where to find all the supplies. Smiling happy cashier to the lot guy. 33 degrees lifting shingles into out truck with a smile. Would not take a tip.but sure deserved. Great service

  Terrible customer service. I have spent hours on the phone and still do not have my appliances. You call their call centre who tell you to call the store and then you talk to store and they tell you to call their delivery contractor. I spoke to the manager who promised to help and she literally never bothered to call me back nor follow through on calling delivery contractor. I never post negative reviews but I feel I must warn you. If you think buying something here that needs delivery is a good option.... Don't do it. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the grief.
